Wow. Here at the Singapore airport, local calls are free (even have little areas w/ just local phones!), AND the internet, too! I was soo pissed about how expensive that crap was in.. all the airports, I guess. (HoChiMinh City (where the food was also REDICOUSLY priced (slightly so even for U.S.)) and Phuket, can’t quite remember about Bangkok right now..)

They’re sooooo cool! This is what every airport should be doing, so, good on ya, Singapore! (Changi airport) Nice, modern computers too. (Thin screen and all.)
They have a Movie Bar (Showing the channels Star Movies and Star World), if you’re into that sort of thing, so that could be nice.
If my flight left an hour later, I could’ve taken a free 2-hour tour of Singapore too. I always wanted to, eh, maybe next time. (I heard they have cheap/free longer tours too, but, not this time, of course!)

All of this makes Singapore a nice airport to transit through. I look forward to returning! Maybe I’ll even make more time one of these days, and check out the Little India that my friend Robin Claassen told me about..

Anywho, that’s it for now! And wow, internet explorer is sooooo insecure, I just d/l’d and ran putty, they probably shouldn’t've let me do that, but it’s soooooo nice to be able to check my mail, so thanks! All for now, arriving in SFO around.. 1430 on the 7th, I think. (Today for me) ta! -@
